No, community tours are free of cost.

We gladly accept walk-ins, but appointments are preferred to ensure touring availability.

Management may be easily contacted via phone, text message, email or by appointment.

Applications may be submitted online through our website at

Approval status will regularly be determined within 24-72 hours.

Approval fees will include a $75 application fee per person, $200 administration fee, security deposit determined by applicant's credit score. Upon move in, prorated rent is due.

Qualifications for approval will be based solely on credit and meeting the income requirement. Background checks are also completed for all applicants.

Payments can be made 24/7 through the online resident portal or by certified funds, personal check or money order in the leasing office during business hours.

You are able to make a one-time payment or set up ACH payments to reoccur monthly via Rent Café. A registration code and payment instructions will be provided at move-in.

The Ardmore Advantage package is $125/ month. This rate includes valet waste, pest control, package lockers, cable and internet services. Water and sewer will be billed monthly and paid with resident rent payment. Additional monthly fees include but are not limited to pet rent fees and for those enrolled in the community renters insurance program.

Yes, liability insurance is required to attain prior to move in. You may choose any third party provider with a minimum coverage of $100,000.

Utilities such as water/sewer and electric are separate additional costs to your monthly rent.

Residents will be billed for water and sewer by YES Energy, this is paid directly to the community. Electric services must be transferred to tenants possession by contacting Electricities.

The community is prewired for both cable and internet services through Spectrum and is included in the Ardmore Advantage package.

Resident referral fee's are contingent on resident account status. Ask our team for additional details.

Our community policies are enforced to all residents, guests and visitors. All rules are considered part of the lease contract.

There will be no price reduction for advanced payments or signing longer leases.

Subletting is not permitted.

To terminate the lease agreement, a buy-out fee equivalent to one month's rent is required upon submission of the 60-day notice. Any concessions granted during that lease term will be paid back at that time.

Yes, our community offers all lease length options between 6 - 12 months.

Yes, our community permits corporate leases.


Two 24-Hour Fitness Centers, Two Resort Style Swimming Pools with Sun Shelf and Fountains, Business Center, Coffee Bar, Pet Park, Pet Spa, Golf Simulator Pavilion, Game Room W/Billiards, Car Wash Center, Outdoor Kitchen with Gas Grills, Package Lockers, and much more! Explore our amenities here.

Pool is open from Dawn to Dusk. Deck is open from 10am-10pm. Seasonal hours may apply and are subject to change at any time.

Surface parking is available on a first-come basis.

Hookups are installed inside the laundry room of each home along with a washer and dryer set.

All homes are furnished with energy efficient appliances including a mounted microwave, Refrigerator with ice maker, Stove, Dishwasher. Our apartments also come furnished with brand new GE washer and dryers.

Packages must be delivered directly to home or to the parcel lockers

The Fitness center is open 24 hours.

Our fully equipped fitness center offers a variety of equipment featuring Echelon and Matrix cardio and endurance with touchscreen displays. We also have a custom Torque Rig offering a variety of weight and resistance band workout options. Unsure of where to start? Try out the Echelon Reflect which offers endless guided workout options. And don't forget to check out our interactive abdominal and core training machine!

The city noise ordinance is in effect for the community. Quiet hours start at 9pm to 9am. Communal spaces are designated for use by Ardmore Residents and their alotted guests.

Pet Policy

Yes, we love our furry residents and welcome them in our community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. Non-traditional pets such as hamsters, gerbils, turtles, frogs, hermit crabs, domestic fish, and small domesticated birds are also permitted.

There is a $350 pet fee for 1st pet, $250 for 2nd and 3rd. Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. Max two dogs.

No weight limit! Breed Restrictions apply to Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, American Bullies, Presa Canarios, Cane Corsos, Wolf-Hybrids and any mix of these breeds or breeds with aggressive tendencies.

Our preparation process hosts painters, cleaners, carpet specialists, and our on-site personnel.

Our Superior Maintenance Team strives for resident satisfaction through quality service and prompt response times. Residents may submit a service request online or by contacting the leasing office.

No, it is not required for tenants to be present for work order completion.

Our apartments feature keyless door entry. However, should you need a key to enter your apartment, you can contact the leasing office during business hours for assistance. Please note identification must be verified to assist with residential lockout. We do not provide after-hour lock-out services. Residents are responsible for contacting a lock-smith.

Residents are allowed to personalize & decorate their apartment home without penalty. All modifications must be restored to its original condition prior to moving out.
